"Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." Phil. 2:5
Our brains are divided into several sections or lobes, with each lobe dealing with specific functions. Behind our foreheads are the right and left frontal lobes, which collectively are called the "frontal lobe." It is the largest lobe of the brain and is the seat of judgment, reasoning, intellect, and the will.1, 2, 3 It has been called the "controlled center" by some scientists, because of the variety of vital functions that it performs. Scientific studies reveal that our spirituality, character, morality and will are all housed here. What makes you you and me me, is controlled there. Therefore, a person with frontal lobe damaged may look the same as before, but upon interaction with that individual, you quickly realized that they are not the same anymore. The last book of the Bible suggests that it is here were God's character is reproduced in us. (see Rev. 7:3; 9:4; 14:1; 22:4) 1 Price BH, Daffner KR, et al.
