Standing on the promises is a Theo-centric approach to the problems of life taking advantage of the power of God's Spirit, His wisdom, and His excellent counsel. No worldly psychology can compete with or be as effective as God's word is to give peace and direct the life!

1. What does the Lord say He will do for us in Psalm 32:8?

Note: The word fear means reverence in this text. Those who have reverence for God start on a wise foundation, and they that follow on to obey the Lord have good understanding indeed!

Note: The Lord will fight those who are against us be they human or spirit if we obey His voice and do what He says! You and God are a majority against all that the world, the flesh and devil has to against all that the world, the flesh and devil has to throw at you! Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might!

Note: The verse says "be not sorry." That means depressed or grumbling, or feeling sorry for yourself. "Poor me!" "Woe is me." This is a source of weakness! The joy of the Lord is your strength. If God be for us, then who can be against us? Rejoice in the Lord! Shame the devil and praise God!
